Every engagement starts with a short call, usually answered within 2 hours of your first message. We ask about your budget, the sector you're considering, and whether you already have a shortlist of brands. From there we tell you which of the five services below fits, and what it costs. There's no obligation to continue after that first conversation.
Some clients are first-time buyers looking at their first unit in Camden or Islington. Others already run one franchise and want a second location, or a franchisor based in London wants a documented process before recruiting more operators. This includes a written comparison of at least six brands, covering entry fees, royalty structure and territory availability across London boroughs. Before you sign anything, we go through the franchise agreement clause by clause and flag terms that need negotiation: exclusivity, renewal conditions, exit fees, and territory boundaries. You receive a written summary in plain English, plus a 45-minute call to walk through it. This service does not replace legal advice from a solicitor but prepares you for that conversation.
We build a three-year cash flow projection based on the franchisor's disclosure figures, local rent levels and realistic staffing costs for your chosen London district. The study includes break-even timing and a sensitivity check for slower-than-expected trading. It's delivered as a spreadsheet plus a short written explanation, so you can bring it to a lender or an accountant.
For businesses turning into franchisors, we document the operating procedures, training materials and support structure that a franchise agreement requires. This covers site selection criteria, opening checklists and a royalty reporting template. Built from work with existing franchise networks across four London areas, it gives a new franchisor a working structure rather than a blank page.
A 60-minute session for a specific question: comparing two brands, reading a set of franchise disclosure figures, or deciding between renewing and exiting an existing agreement. No report is produced, just direct answers and notes emailed after the call. Useful if you don't need a full study but want an outside view before deciding.
